My hours and availability are unique as I work mostly evenings and weekends so I thrive with part-time LO's or LO's who do mortgages as a side business. I am well versed in QM and non-QM loans; VA loans are my specialty. I am a huge Kansas City Chiefs Fan and have not missed the "home opener" in over 23 years; I have been to games all over the county and even outside of the country and will go to games in temperatures from 100 degrees to 5 below (maybe lower but that has yet to be tested)!"
