No license is required. We work under contract processing licenses, so licensing is not necessary for most roles.

Yes. Full-time team members receive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to a 401(k). Please note: there is currently no employer match on the 401(k).

Yes. We assign you to dedicated Loan Officers or broker teams so you can build strong working relationships and better understand their preferences.

You'll need your own computer and reliable internet. We provide access to all necessary software and systems.

Both. You may receive direct file assignments from our internal distribution, and you're also encouraged to bring in or retain your own relationships.
